Japan is a country which surrounded by sea. Japan faces earthquake and tsunami more frequent than the other countries is because of its position. Japan is surrounded by sea and near Indian Ocean.
Recently, a big tsunami occurred in Japan. The tsunami is believed to be the greatest tsunami in Japan after some decades. The tsunami killed almost 1.400.00 People. The tsunami causes floods and serious destruction. The seaport on the hit areas must be closed due to the floods. The main affect of the tsunami of course the effects on the global economy as Japan is one the largest economic countries in the world. Some of the companies in the hit areas also must be closed and of course it will cancel the process of export and import towards other countries.
Because earthquakes and tsunamis happen more frequently in Japan, the local government always prepare themselves to face the disaster. Most of the houses in Japan which are near the sea or ocean are made of woods. It is done to prevent the houses from destruction if anytime the natural disaster comes.
